Meet & Greet Photos + Exclusives

Sunday, April 11th, 2010

Thanks to David, I was able to add 054 digitals from Sheamus’ match in Dublin, Ireland. Honestly, he couldn’t have looked more happy! And for those who didn’t know, Cena was being a total sweetheart. After Sheamus lost the match, Cena stated that this was the first time the crowd was behind him (Sheamus) and not Cena, and that tonight was his night, he then gave Sheamus the title. Sheamus said how great it was to be Irish and he just looked so happy! So again, thanks to David for the images. And thanks to Ang @MKO, I was able to add 006 shots of Sheamus at a fan signing at Smyth’s Toy Store at The Square in Tallaght Dublin, Ireland. Be sure you check out the pictures from both events, they’re all amazing!

Digitals: View | Captures: View
Sheamus defeated Kofi Kingston via pinfall.
Sheamus’ music plays and the crowd give sus a mix reaction, as usual. Sheamus’ opponent tonight? Kofi Kingston. The match starts up with both men trying to get the other down, and Sheamus knocks Kofi down. Kofi quickly recovers and hits Sheamus’ knee. Sheamus knocks Kingston down and starts attacking him by the turnbuckle and a small clothesline to Kingston. Sheamus goes for a pin, but Kingston kicks at 1. Sheamus attempts a submission, but Kingston breaks out and Sheamus hits Kofi yet again. Kofi isn’t going to let himself lose, he does his bes to fight back and kicks Sheamus in the head, taking the Celtic Warrior out for just a second. It’s a good fight, lots of high-flying and punches, Kofi gets Sheamus in the turnbuckle and punches — 1,2,3. Sheamus knocks Kofi off and kicks him. Sheamus makes a cross and picks Kingston up — Celtic Cross! Sheamus goes for the pin and picks up a victory. His music plays, but he isn’t done. Sheamus goes to the outside of the ring and picks up the pipe he knocked Triple H out with the week before, he grabs Kingston and smashes him across the back of the head with it. Sheamus has a haunting, evil smile. HHH shows on the monitor — he’s coming for Sheamus. Commercial break.

…and we’re back! Sheamus is in the ring, holding a microphone and a pipe. Sheamus talks about Shawn’s career, and how it took Shawn 8 years to win his WWE Championship and him only 6 months. Sheamus is still bitter, you can tell. He talks about how his career top-off was ruined by HHH, and here’s his reasoning for his actions last week! He did it for vengeance. Sheamus says that Shawn left so he wouldn’t have to face him. Sheamus says that Wrestlemania 26 was the last good match for both Shawn & HHH. Sheamus: ‘I believe you don’t have one good match left in you.’ ‘Your a smart man; you make the decision or I’ll make it for you.’ An the Game has made his decision. HHH’s music plays, and Sheamus is ready for him. Sheamus stands tall with a slight grin over his face, but Sheamus is giving HHH fair warning. Both men stare each other down and HHH steps down — welcome the sledge hammer back! HHH steps in and starts to beat Sheamus with his sledge hammer until Sheamus leaves the ring, but the game isn’t through yet. He goes back out for Sheamus, who is smart enough to run. Sheamus jumps over the barricades and he’s out of there. Triple H’s final words: “Isn’t that like a silly Irishman to bring a pipe to a sledgehammer fight?”

Triple H defeated Sheamus via pinfall.

Before the match, there is a promo of the Sheamus-Triple H feud; the video gets the audience all excited for the match. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland at 272 pounds, making his Wrestlemania debut, Sheamus! As Sheamus makes his way to the ring, there is a mixed reaction from the crowd. Following Sheamus, is Triple H. As soon as his music plays, the crowd goes crazy, it’s quiet obvious who the fan favorite was. Sheamus leaves the ring before HHH gets in and watches him from the outside.

*Bell rings* The match up starts off with both men struggling to get the other to the ground, and when Sheamus has HHH backed into a corner, he screams “I’m the future!” Triple H shakes off Sheamus’ words and tosses him into the corner. HHH continuously beats Sheamus down, and goes for a pedigree but no! Sheamus pulls away quickly. Both men stare each other down and Sheamus ends up kneeing HHH. Triple H supplexes Sheamus and continuously knees him. Pin by Triple H, but a kick out by Sheamus at 2! Sheamus leaves the ring and enters again. Triple H gives Sheamus a 4 figure leg lock(?). Sheamus again leaves the ring in an attempt to buy himself some time, but Triple H comes out to try and get Sheamus, plan back fired… oops. Sheamus tosses Triple H into the steel steps (that’ll hurt in the morning!) and gets back into the ring to yet again, give himself some time to recuperate. Sheamus runs out after HHH and attacks him; he throws HHH back into the ring and a hook by Triple H puts thm both on the ground. Sheamus is up first and delivers a back breaker. Sheamus picks HHH up and continuously drives his knee and fists into HHH. The Celtic Warrior is dominating. Taunting the audience, Sheamus hits his fists on his chest and screams. Sheamus kicks HHH into the abdomen, but HHH fights back. For a few seconds, the fists go back and forth, but Sheamus knocks HHH down and goes for the pin — kick out at 2. Sheamus goes for a submission maneuver, which HHH tries to reverse, but Sheamus gives him a back breaker and yet again goes for a pin — kick out at 2 by HHH. Yet again, Sheamus goes for a submission maneuver and uses continuous strategies to get Triple H down, and it seems to be working, but then HHH reverses and Sheamus is down! Both men get back up after being down, but Triple H dominates with a kick and DDT to Sheamus, but fear not! It isn’t over yet! Punches are exchanged and Sheamus kicks HHH. HHH knees Sheamus in the face, then attempts a pedigree, but Sheamus counters. HHH goes for a pin, but Sheamus kicks out at 2. While on the turn buckle, Sheamus goes for a Celtic Cross, but HHH reverses. He then goes for a bicycle kick but misses. Triple H gets knocked down and Sheamus tries to pin, but HHH breaks the count at 2 yet again. Sheamus attempts to take HHH down once again, but HHH reverses and Triple H winds up pinning Sheamus. 1, 2, NO! Sheamus kicks out for the count of 2. Triple H is in disbelief, or maybe he’s just worn down, as both men appear to be at this point in the match up. Sheamus tries to leave the ring to recuperate, but it doesn’t happen. HHH goes to attack but Sheamus reverses. Both men are down and Sheamus goes for his finisher, but HHH reverses and lands the pedigree,. 1,2,3. IT’S OVER. Triple H defeats Sheamus at his first Wrestlemania.

Congratulations to Sheamus for doing such a good job at his first Wrestlemania. He may not have won, but he went out and gave it his all. Your fans are proud of you Sheamus!

Digitals: View | Captures: View

The match opens up with Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes, the crowd goes crazy. Following the entrance and lecturing of Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes’ entrance is none other than Sheamus! As Sheamus makes his way to the ring, Rhodes’ and DiBiase stare him down, as he does them. Just as Sheamus enters the ring, there is a commercial break, OF COURSE.

And we’re back! The show re-opens with the entrance of The Game, Triple H. In the ring stands the team of Rhodes, DiBiase, and Sheamus. Next up is Randy Orton, who walks down to the ring, taking his eyes off his former friends for only a few moments. Up the stairs Orton goes and now it’s just about time for kick off… the 3 on 2 handicap we’ve waited a week to see, Sheamus, Ted DiBiase, and Cody Rhodes vs. Triple H and Randy Orton.

Starting off the match would be Sheamus and Triple H, Wrestlemania opponents. No… wait, it would be Rhodes vs. HHH to start off. A punch by HHH puts Rhodes on the floor, then HHH moves Rhodes into the corner. After a small beat down, Rhodes tags in DiBiase. DiBiase starts dominating the match, throwing punches and kicks. NO! The Game manages to make a come back and hits Sheamus, knocking him off the apron! Oh, Sheamus gets back up and in he goes with a tag by DiBiase! “Ah, ah, ah!” Many kicks to HHH, lots of punches and a punch by HHH. Sheamus knocks HHH down and taunts. He picks HHH up and brings him into the corner, tagging in DiBiase, who starts kicking HHH in their corner. DiBiase tags in Rhodes, who also kicks HHH various times, then DiBiase is tagged back in. When the referee isn’t looking, Sheamus hits HHH on the outside. Sheamus looks in at HHH, and you’ve got to wonder, what is Sheamus thinking? In only 5 days, he’ll be facing HHH in his Wrestlemania debut. Sheamus gets tagged in and so does Orton. Orton gets the upper hand and Orton is furious! Orton is dominating, knocking everything and everyone in his path down. A back breaker to Sheamus knocks him down. The Viper watches Sheamus closely, and thanks to a distraction by Rhodes, Sheamus was able to give Orton a bicycle kick and pick up a victory!

After the match, Rhodes and DiBiase throw HHH back into the ring so Sheamus can give HHH a bicycle kick, just as he did The Viper, but the plan backfires. HHH throws Sheamus out of the ring, and Sheamus doesn’t attempt to get back in. There’s a lot of trash talking between Sheamus and Triple H, but at Wrestlemania, we’ll find out who can do the talking.
